This form is built to allow PTA and PTO groups the ability to set up recurring paypal donations to their group with a convenient form. Families can simply fill out the form, input their own donation level they wish to give every month, enter their Paypal credentials and every month a donation will be sent to your Parent Group. Customize the form to your own group’s needs and start accepting automatic donations quickly. This form is only available via Paypal, this is not an option with our Credit Card Processing at this time.
